My Story
My name is Jaleh Byrne. Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was a competitive athlete, playing on both the tennis and swim teams. I went on to play tennis at the collegiate level for four years, and after graduating, I challenged myself further by competing in triathlons—including a Half Ironman—and diving into weightlifting.
After spending over a decade in forensic science, my priorities shifted when I became a mom to two kids. Even through pregnancy and raising my kids, I continued to prioritize my fitness, proving that staying active is possible at every stage of life. Wanting to be fully present for my family while still making an impact, I decided to follow my passion for fitness.
In 2023, I became a certified personal trainer and also discovered my love for pickleball, earning an international certification to coach both adults and youth. I spent over a year training clients in person at Gold’s Gym before choosing to launch my own coaching business—giving me the flexibility to better serve my clients while being a hands-on mom.
Now, I specialize in helping people achieve their fitness goals through personalized training, nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching, making fitness sustainable and enjoyable for all. No matter where you are in life, I’m here to help you build strength, confidence, and a lifestyle you love!
